Very friendly service and well organized. Staff is very cooperative and took very good care of my elderly parents while services and made them comfortable. Special mention to Nisha for her warm and friendly way of dealing with customers.
I had visited today with my wife Gurpreet Kaur. Receptionist was nice and helpful. But Ultrasound tech was not helpful. She was rude. She should treat people kindly and friendly, specially to the pregnant ladies. We went to other clinics as well and never had such bad experience.
I booked an ultrasound appointment and travelled an hour to get there, only to be informed upon arrival that it couldn't proceed because the sonographer had left for an emergency. While I sympathize with the emergency, the fact that I wasn't contacted beforehand is incredibly frustrating. This lack of communication shows a significant lack of consideration for patients' time and is highly unprofessional.
I did not get a good feeling at this place. It seems half under construction. Drywall patches everywhere and missing trims. Stacked moving boxes on chairs. Very unprofessional. The results of my ultrasound were also suspicious as they did not align with findings from other ultrasounds done in previous months. People were very friendly, though.
