Shipping service is too much bad. They are going to waste your whole day if you want to ship mattress at home. I believe buy a mattress from somewhere else if you want to save your time.
Bought so many things from them, mattresses, beds, comforter sets and sheet sets. Was looking for super firm mattresses since ages and they never disappoint. Extremely friendly and professional. I specially asked for cotton bedsheets and the lady mentioned that they have a few and asked me to choose from 7-8 bedsheets. I said I need 100% cotton. Nothing was written on the cover but she claimed that those all are 100% cotton I bought 2 of those but when I opened it at home there was a sticker on the bedsheet which says 100% polyester. She just lied and just wanted to sell their items quickly.
