Our experience was so good . We bought 2 metal beds and one mattress. We really the like of bedsheets and ended up buying 4 bedsheets. They also provide delivery which is extremely good . Overall its really good to visit the store
We purchased a queen size mattress for 350$. The owner mentioned that it is very good quality and gave us warranty for 2 years. Even within one two months its compressed. When we called to owner he mentioned that you need to pay delivery as we are located away from store. Why did not you inform when we purchased it from you. Everyday we regret why we purchased this from you. Giving one star as no option for zero star

0/10 Customer service ?????? I purchased a queen-size bed from Call Away Mattress about a month ago for $350. They insisted on cash payment and told me that using a credit card would result in high taxes, so they did not provide an invoice. The mattress came with a guarantee, but within just one month, it got compressed and lost its quality. When I reached out to them regarding the issue, they asked for an invoice to process the warranty—even though they never gave me one in the first place! This company is dishonest and misleads customers. They refuse to stand by their warranty and provide terrible customer service. I strongly do not recommend shopping at Call Away Mattress!
