Our limo that we booked was broken down and needed repair. When reached out to Sunny a few days before the wedding, he mentioned giving us an upgraded Hummer Limo at no extra cost. We appreciated him trying to make it work and understand things happen so we kindly agreed. The day of our wedding the Hummer limo pulled up to pick us up with no air conditioning on a very hot day. The driver tried to help us out with opening the windows but was extremely hot in there. No one wants to show up to their wedding covered in sweat like we did. The inside had no set up like glasses or any waters to compensate the lack of cool air. Seems like they do not care about customer satisfaction. Sunny is very kind and it pains me to leave a poor review, however this was unacceptable for our big day and believe anyone who books with this company should be firm with what they ordered and give the cash after they see the vehicle and the specs it comes with.
