I highly recommend Platinum Rides. They were so easy to work with and they accommodated last minutes changes of venue due to weather. They showed up early and gave us kindly a half hour to take photos with the pristinely clean and like new hummer limo and Rolls Royce. Amazing customer service. I can’t wait to book with them again. Their drivers helped with holding my wedding bouquet and holding my hand getting out of the Rolls Royce. I felt like Princess Dianna in the Rolls Royce. The drivers looked up the area ahead of time as the restaurant was on lakeshore and made an easy drop off and pick up. The rides made for a very nice photo shoot. If you book your rides with them, you will not be disappointed.

Didn’t show up for a pick up. No communication. Disappointed, had booked ok in the past but won’t again. Edit - ride was accepted, Conf 13947. I got the email too. Happy to put up a picture will go ahead if you like. Also you could’ve responded to my email, text, voicemail but instead you come argue on Google? Could’ve just apologized and offered some recourse and I’d prob have taken it down.
When doing business across the country, it can be a challenge finding the right service when you do not have any references. We had a 2-day client tour in Canada and needed a car service to drive the team to 30 locations between 7 cities. And Platinum Rides Limo was the best choice we could have made! They responded within minutes to all questions and inquiries before, during, and after the service. The car fit our request perfectly. And our personal driver, Ed, was punctual, professional, and kind. He was attentive to our needs and added an extra elevation to our customer service we like to provide our clients. We will definitely use Platinum Rides Limo again in the future. Highly recommend.
Hired platinum rides to get my groomsmen to my wedding in Muskoka. While they did get up there eventually, not only did the driver get lost in the way up there, he also stopped to pee in the side of the road but eventually they did get up to Muskoka. Unfortunately the driver didn't come to pick them up, saying that he went to the dropoff location which was 1) Not the pick up location and 2) A lie because no car came to the pick-up location which left a very big problem of how to get my two groomsmen and my five year old ring bearer back to Toronto from Muskoka at midnight, which left to a $350 cab ride to get them back safely. Overall a very upsetting series of events.
Beware of no shows. Platinum rides ruined my wedding experience of being able to ride to the ceremony with my bridesmaids, dad, mom and grandparents. Left 27 people stranded, rushing to call enough Ubers and we were late for my wedding ceremony. I booked and paid for a 27 passenger bus that never showed up. The week before my wedding, I called to confirm and they assured me all was good and the driver would confirm with me two days before the event date. The driver never confirmed and so I called back 2 days before my wedding. I started the call by saying "Hi, I'd like to confirm my driver for July 30th." The person said it's confirmed without asking me any detail of who I was and so I asked 'how can you confirm this when I gave you zero info about who I am". The entire experience was just poor, red flags all around and truly seems like they have Mickey Mouse running the operations. They never even called or emailed to apologize or provide any reasoning as to why they no-showed me. Horrible company who clearly does not care about their customers or reputation.
I booked there service for for a party. They were amazing, very professional, convenient, the drivers were very friendly, the cars were clean, and comfortable. I would definitely book them again in the future and recommend to others.
