Our team needed a limo for a promo shoot on a budget and we had a wonderful time using this limo service. Driver was very patient and attentive with us. Booking experience was very seamless and straightforward and when we needed extra time, they were very lenient and understanding with us. Pricing is the best there is. I had worst experience, iit was cold back of limo and really hot middle of limo Driver would not listen and didnt fix temperature I went from Toronto to Niagara but driver would not read text or take calls or pull over to listen to request so it was uncomfortable long drive Called the boss next day Sid , making excuses for his staff and didn’t care
We had the most memorable 40th birthday party for my husband and the limo ride was the highlight of the party. My husband was stunned and over the top surprised when the 20 seater limo pulled in for our entire group. My first point of contact to inquire details about limo service was Sid and he was very accommodating of my plans. His patience to send me revised quotes was admirable. His friendly gesture and professionalism was something which made it easy for me to arrange this for the special occasion. Derek who was behind the wheels was so thoughtful to step outside and wish my husband a happy birthday and also took my suggestion to pull over to us when my husband stepped out the of the venue. If your going to a club, this is the wrong limo company for u. The driver was very unprofessional and was trying to get more money from us, thinking that we were all drunk to notice it.
Rude as soon as you call! If they are rude when you first inquire. I highly doubt it can get any better. I wish they can get a 0 star. Google needs this option for such companies!
