I would give a 0 if I could. Customer service is so bad. I’ve only been here twice and the first I went I just didn’t mind the bad customer service cuz I understand everyone has hard days. But the second time I went I called and the lady was so rude on the phone just cutting the call on me and then when I went to pick up my food she was acting like I was irritating her. And she added oxtail gravy to my plates without asking even tho it’s common knowledge that not everyone eats beef. Literally such inconsiderate and rude staff.
If I could have rated this place zero star then I would. Absolutely NO customer service. The lady at the front is EXTREMELY RUDE and acts as if you are there for a handout. Very argumentative over the simplest request. It must be a family business because there is absolutely NO WAY she would still be employed.

Food tasted spoiled, mushy and uncooked. I called to complain and the workers were rude- no surprise there. Believe all the base reviews on this one y’all.
I bought over $50 worth of stuff here today which included a bb fry chicken. When I got home and my husband started eating he spit the meat out saying it is old meat. Not 1 day old meat but like 2+ days old meat. The meat was brown on the inside like they fried it few days ago and had left over so they turned it into bb fry. DISGUSTING!!!
I rarely come to Brampton, but I had to pick a few things up. I was feeling a bit hungry before heading home so I decided to try Gem’s Jerk. I got the large jerk chicken meal and honestly it tasted delicious. The flavour was great and the meat was moist!
Ordered jerk chicken special after the special hours. They were nice enough to honor the special price anyway! The jerk chicken was very good, nice spice level, very much enjoyed!
