The boy working at the counter during the closing shift was extremely rude. He didn’t greet customers properly and his service was very unprofessional. I hope this is addressed, as the experience was disappointing..
I came here from 43 mins of drive Zero customer service they closed there shake section before the closing time everything else is open but the guy there said he closed shake section earlier.. because he is in rush to go home. What about mine 43 mins and gas
Terrible experience at Baskin Robbins today (Sunday, September 7th around 2:40 PM). The boy at the counter was extremely rude and didn’t even bother replying to my questions. On top of that, the shake I got was the worst ever – no taste, no quality. This visit completely ruined our mood. Very disappointed. I’ll never ever come back to this location again.
This ice cream parlour is very nice clean and tidy the environment over here is also very good. Staff is very cooperative, especially Navjot. She is very cooperative and very polite. Should visit here.
Hi I went in today and the icecream was amazing as always but the portions were horrible the person barely filled the cup up and I got three of the same icecream and once I paid the employee told me that I could have gotten a whole carton of icecream for cheaper and gotten even more icecream. The service was horrible which brought it down to a 2. Service should be much better.
Had a really great experience ordering my daughter’s birthday cake from this Baskin Robbins location. They were able to customize my order with the colours I chose and the cake came out stunning! Very friendly staff and really helpful!
Worst service possible by Navjot…she provided the smallest servings of ice cream possible and tried to overcharge me for it. Navjot was barely giving one scoop…measuring it as if it’s coming out of her own pocket. On top she had no idea how to serve the toppings. I’ve been to this location 5-6 times and came back because the owner and the other employees were great. I’m a loyal Baskin Robbins customer but will not be returning to this location because Navjot does NOT know how to serve customers…we had to repeat ourselves several times. I’m paying for the ice cream so to serve me half a scoop for a single scoop and one scoop plus a quarter for a double scoop is ridiculous. Normally wouldn’t have left a review but to rip me off then try to charge me extra is crazy. If Navjot keeps serving customers like this…this location will lose a lot of business.
