$8.49 for a two scoop sundae but i basically got one scoop disguised as two. For that price, the scoops should be the size of a tennis ball. Either lower the price or the scoop should be consistent.
I usually enjoy this place, but today I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a pineapple coconut ice cream and halfway through eating it, I noticed a mosquito in the ice cream. This was obviously very off-putting and raises concerns about hygiene and food safety. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves quality control. I won’t be ordering again unless I see clear steps taken to ensure this doesn’t happen to others.
Make sure you are prepared well before entering this place as air conditioners are not working and it feels like hell inside. Temperatures are even worse than outside. Hats off to the employees working there. I guess ice cream stores are not meant to be hot. Management or the owners must look into this and get their things fixed asap.
We bought icecream cake expecting a layer of cake/cookie underneath the icecream but surprisingly it was only an icecream slab shaped as a cake. Pretty disappointing. Ruined our day.
BE CAREFUL! Review your bill. I’ll never go to this location again. They over charged me. I ended up paying $10.60 for a sundae! It is pathetic that a business would go to such lengths to cheat their customers. On top of that we bought a tub of ice cream only to get home and find it was freezer burnt. Business must be real bad to overcharge customers and sell inferior products. You obviously needed the money!
Customer service provided by staff is worst Both girls dont have sense to talk with customer They both showing attitude without any reason to each and every customer They both should be fired Very very very Bad experience here
If I could give zero stars, I would! This place is filthy, and you will get sick. The management sucks and is rude. She and her husband are always on the defence. Please avoid this place at all costs. There are other close locations nearby.
