I visited this Baskin-Robbins location and ordered a sundae. It cost almost $12, but the portion was very small. The cost did not match the value, and it was a disappointing experience, The value for money was extremely poor, and I expected better for a well-known ice cream chain.
I had the worst experience at this outlet. My gf and I bought two ice creams in cones and paid extra for 1 of them. When we brought it up with the server Vanessa she said it was manufacturing issue. She offered to replace it and we mentioned that if they are aware they shouldn’t be sell i g the cones. anyways we requested for the refund and she escalated the issue to her manager Tim who went back and forth with us but refused to refund our money saying we can take it up with the Head office. Such is the audacity for serving food unsafe for consumption. Parents beware!!!
I bought an icecream cone and when I peeled it, some of the cover stuck to it. I asked the lady who put me through owner/Manger who just sherked responsibility saying it came from manufacturer. When I was standing there waiting to speak to the Manager, there was a whiff of urine too. Might want to think before trying this place.
Was so very pleased with the service today. My nephew have a tree nuts allergy,the male staff working there today was so very kind and thoughtful,that he made very sure my nephew got his ice cream from a new tub. Seeing that the precious tub was almost done,the staff wanted to make sure that this little guy can enjoy his ice cream without any fear. What a very kind hearted staff
Had ‘Chocolate Brownie Fudge Something.. chef’s kisses ! Yes for ice cream.. also tried sample of ‘Coconut pineapple’!!! I came back for the scoop ! Super tasty and new favourite. The mid aged asian guy, such a polite person and super friendly, good to see you smiling at customers. See you next time and maybe I get you name and edit my review! :)
I looooove Baskin Robbins. But look at the 2 scoop cup of ice cream, sooo much for only 8.00. Why Quebec is 10.00 for less and their ice cream half melted? Thus location is awesome
I have tried the cotton Candy Ice cream, I loved it, but my sister tried choco chip cookie but she didn't like it much. Overall we had fun and we like their icecreams
