Friendly staff and huge collection. Bought all furniture for my new house from them. They were reasonable with price as well. The delivery was made on yhe committed date and time. Driver and helper were fast in putting the bedroom furniture. There was issue with the dinning chair. They asked me to send picture of the chair and my invoice and they replaced the chair. Would definitely recommend them

Bought this 3 piece sofa set from Friends Furniture. It was being told to me that this is Canadian made and real leather on all sitting and front area and it will last long. It started ripping within less than 2 years. I approached them few times and visited personally. They told me to email the complaint along with pictures, which I did, but they never replied back and just ignored my phone calls. I was referred to them by one of my friend and he also have same experience with them for same sofa set. Simple, they lied to me and sold cheap non-leather sofa set at the price of Leather sofa set.
Had a pretty pleasant experience shopping for a bedroom set there. Delivery came within a week in good condition, I took off one star in the rating because they were not proactive in telling me when they plan to do the delivery. I made the purchase before reading the reviews online and after I found out there are many bad reviews around service and delivery I was almost certain that they were going to stall my shipment as well, given that they werent calling me after the purchase. I had to go to their store and speak to them in person, it was difficult to reach them over the phone. Luckily they delivered on their promise after I confirmed with them a few times. The movers were very careful during the process as well. Maybe theyre finally changing for good after seeing the reviews. Id love to go back there again for my next furniture purchase!
I had been over entire GTA but did not find the quality and looks I was looking for .So after tons of search , I finally found the best options at Friends Furniture. Their collection is huge really huge and I mean the best I have seen anywhere. I have picked up a sofa set and a dining set for now but I will surely go for the bedroom sets too. As their service , delivery timing and prices were really satisfying for . Really appreciate Mr Avtar who not only made sure I got what I was looking but also gave me the price that nobody could beat. Highly recommend them for everyone.
