Had the best experience from the staff at this location very friendly and helpful went in looking for a portable Bluetooth speaker and was not available. The friendly girl that assisted me (wish I hod gotten her name) pointed me in the right direction where I should look and I found what I was looking for thank you for that my " friend ".I would like to mention the backyard cooler and sink combo that I purchased at this location top notch and perfect addition to my backyard living space.Happy CANADA DAY to all the staff.
Excellent service and selection of repair parts. Im not in the store 2 minutes before the older lady asks if she can help me. Small town and old timey feel to the store. If they don't have what you need they are always happy to order in the part for you. Parts are a little more costly, but they ware and preform excellent. Anytime I change a plumbing part its always replaced with a home plumber "home hardware" brand part. They are further away from my home, but it's worth the drive for the customer service and quality parts. They are far better then the big box stores hands down.
went to buy a sand block to sand my drywall. there was hardly no customers inside. the old lady was very friendly and helpful to find what i needed. i had tons of questions about my basement project. she took her time to answer all my questions. she could have up sold me some items i needed for later days but she was not pushy in making more sales. cashier was nice to say hi at first when she saw me and thanked me when i left. if in the future i dont get the same friendly customer service i will come back here and change my review but for now they deserve big 5 start.
Excellent service and good old fashioned key cutting! Not like the other places with there new fangled machines that can only cut your basic house keys.Finally tried Home Hardware on a hunch and they were able to cut new keys for my garage door that nobody else could do.Shout out to Nora, for the excellent service!
