The gym staff are extremely rude.Every time I walk in they all hangout at the front desk and stare at me making me extremely uncomfortable as they talk to each other and go on their phones. Its like the manager doesn't care or something.If the manager is reading this please correct your staff to stop doing this it's extremely disrespectful and unprofessional and not only makes the staff look unprofessional but it makes the manager look like they don't care that this is going on. Many people have told me the same thing.PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM WITH YOUR STAFF OR HIRE NEW PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY MAKE THE GYM LOOK BAD.
its funny how the most recent five stars are given by their own employees. disappointed. the staff hangout too much at the front desk, but some staff is nice. Gym gets too busy and staff just dont clean.
This location doesnt get as packed as other GoodLife fitness locations which is nice. The variety of equipment is excellent and staff is helpful. However I wish it was a little cleaner and that the air conditioning was as powerful as some of the other locations in town.
This location is literally 1 minute away from where I live. I've been a couple times. My last experience was an awful one. I had a member completely hog the cab machine. To my face he said, you should go lift some light ones instead. I just find the people here to be very careless and rude. When I tried to address this - it was brushed away. Haven't been back since.
