Great selection of equipment. They have a lot of hammer strength machines. This location is not as fancy as the new ones, it feels more like bodybuilder gym, which in my opinion is great. If you want to do conditioning (sled, flipping tires, battleropes) other location are better suited.
I just joined but sadly I had to quit... i had one amazing workout! It wouldve been 5 stars if there was a package that included use of the daycare. It's $7.00 every time i want to bring my child.. I just cant do it. But shout out to Nour... he was really great at trying to save me from cancelling. Im only writing a review because i thought he was pretty cool and despite my cancellation still deserves the recognition for his excellent customer service skills.
Frigging thieves. I sign up when they were having their promotion on April 25th and told i would be getting two months free. I paid upfront fee of 131.06. My next payment should have been the second week of July since the first two months is free, but i check my account this morning and a payment of 16.94 taken out. I called the head office and they are pleading ignorance and would not fix this issue, The agent on the phone would not help me at all. I ask to speak to a supervisor and magically they all seems to disappear. I am going to the office where i signed up and they better help me. I should have read the review before signing up for anything. I am giving one star as it would not me leave a review but really it is 0 star for me.
Hi everyone!I am one of the regular member since last year.I am coming all the way from Mississauga.To RPM classes for 5:30 Mondays Wednesdays.The inst instructor for the classes is great he is an awesome person and he makes it so much fun .He pays attention to everyone in class and even to the instructors who comes to his class.His name is Ken he is great and has a great personality.I just wanted to let you guys know how good he is how he makes my day every time I come there .just want to say thank you Ken for the great classes and your hard work for us .And I like to come to this location because I like how everyone in the front is so friendly and always have a smile on .Just wanted to thank you and Ken for all you guys do for the members .
Conveniently located in the mall which also means that it's usually really busy. With a few exceptions, the staff are just there and don't really care or help out. A lot of people don't wipe down machines after use which is disgusting, or don't know how to put mats/weights back after use which is ignorant. The women's section in the gym is also small compared to other locations which isn't ideal if you just want to do your workout and then get out. At one point or another you need to wait for a machine, or there's no room to do a free weight workout by the mirrors.
