Once again, Brampton YMCA proves it is all about basketball. Nothing against the people who love to play, but the way this place is run is a complete joke. The management does not care about its employees or the people participating in other activities. It is honestly a sad state of affairs. You would think they would care about the community they are supposed to serve, but they do not. They treat people like garbage. The management sucks and clearly has no respect for anyone except their own favorites. I wish they would actually do something to fix it, but at this point it feels hopeless.
I had somebody hit and run my vehicle in the parking lot on the 20dec evening. Just you guys be aware that the outdoor camera is not capable of capturing such incident. I also came to know that there was a similar incident 2 weeks back. It is high time , they invest in a camera which covers the parking lot !
This is a great YMCA. I was an out of town guest from New Brunswick and was greeted by Trisha working the front desk. She was extremely helpful getting me signed in and answering all my questions and guiding me around a new space. Trisha is a real MVP!! The plus membership is worth the extra fee; clean towels, coffee and sparkling clean facility. Really great YMCA.
I recently started visiting the Brampton YMCA and have been really impressed! The atmosphere is warm and inclusive, making it easy for anyone to feel at home. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The facilities are well-maintained, and I appreciate the cleanliness of the locker rooms. The variety of equipment caters to all fitness levels, which is a big plus. My only suggestion would be to improve the timeliness of equipment repairs, as I've noticed a few machines out of order for a while. Overall, it’s a fantastic community space that promotes health and wellness. Highly recommend!
Hate this place seriously. It is always full. I used zym but it has only one machine or max 2. On top of tht There are so many people every time of the day and they are always on their phone and occupy the machines.. I have complained this to the front desk so many times to reiterate this to people and not occupy the machines unnecessary but the staff did nothing.
Staff is good but they put too much chlorine in pool I visited there and my eyes were paining whole night. Moreover, i got rashes on my arms and legs. It took three to four days for me to recover.
