Very disappointed with this store. Hardly any items were available. And the prices were high as well of those items that were available. I wanted to check out this shop because it was recommended by lot of people. Took me 30 mins to drive to the location.
Worst meat shop, since the ownership changed a few months ago. The chicken looks bad, whitish, tastes watery. I even doubt if they are bringing halal chicken anymore. The full chicken was cut into Abnormal curry pieces that I never encountered in GTA!
Nice place for Bangladeshi items. You can get all your childhood products here like - Mr twist and Bombay chips. They have variety of Bangladeshi spices.
The person sitting over counter doesnt even know how to talk to customer. He was even trying to sell my a returned goat meat from another customer. Prices of veggies are super high. This is definitely my last visit
It's a nice Bengali Store which are somewhat hard to find in Brampton these days. Some of the things in their fridge are old and have a bizarre aftertaste, especially the sweets. Owner is very nice and friendly.
Goods: you get very authentic and traditional rare Bengali/Bangali food items. To Improve: Meats and Fishes are too old and not sure about the nutrients. Taste also lags for such price and Hygiene and Quality needs real attention from the owner. In fact found hair in packed Nolen Gurer Sandesh. Given the above things are improved and better, I'll return here for sure.
