Kathy and Joanna are a team like no other; they are the most reliable and talented florists that I have come across in a long time. I rely on them for ALL occasions. Often I show up in a rush, and yet they still manage to whip up the most spectacular floral arrangement for me on short notice. They are friendly and fun yet professional and VERY hard working. Ladies - Thank You for continuing to create jaw-dropping masterpieces! The recipients of your work are ALWAYS in awe!

Such a pleasant experience at this florist shop. Kathy (or Cathy) truly cares about her clients and you can really tell. I had one of the best experiences at this flower shop and would recommend it highly for anyone looking for a custom tailored experience. The level of care and kindness that went into my interaction with Flower Boutique exceeded any of my expectations. I found it by chance on Google and Im glad I did. While the location may seem a little out of the way, just remember that visiting the little flower shop by the church on Steeles and Polonia is well worth the trip.
Called from Spain late on night before the day I wanted the flowers delivered and Joanna took my order and was incredibly helpful in guiding what colours to choose. I have a photo of the flowers my mother in law received and they could not be more perfect. After going through the list of florists and phoning a few I am so glad I fell upon The Flower Boutique and had them do the order I will never go anywhere else. Thank you.
Had to get a bouquet the morning of a co-worker's bridal shower we were throwing at the office. Once I got here, the lovely lady who runs the shop (I didn't get her name!) quickly set to task, asking my budget, and what type of flowers I was looking for. Without any hesitation she whipped together a BEAUTIFUL bouquet that was well worth the price. It got plenty of attention and gasps from the women in the party and the bride-to-be loved it!
