Customer service 10/10. I placed an order for my daughter's birthday to be delivered to her school as a surprise. The process online was seamless. There were some glitches because I'm miles away but they were super patient and got the order delivered on time. Thanks again! She loved it!

As someone who strongly believes in supporting local businesses, I was truly disappointed with my recent experience with Sanda Flower Studio. I placed an online order for a Teleflora "Pretty Posy Bouquet - Premium" ($90.99 + tax) for Mother's Day delivery, selecting the 8:00 am - 9:30 am delivery window. Unfortunately, the delivery did not occur until 4:30 pm, well outside the specified timeframe. What was most concerning was the complete lack of communication from the studio regarding this significant delay. Furthermore, I noticed inconsistencies between the information provided. While the website states they are closed on Sundays and cannot guarantee delivery times, it still offered the option to select a specific delivery window. Additionally, the business hours listed on their Google profile do not align with those on their website, which adds to the confusion. Finally, and most disappointingly, the bouquet that was delivered fell considerably short of the "Premium" version advertised online (see attached images; you be the judge). The number of roses and other flowers was significantly less than depicted, and the overall arrangement appeared to be a much simpler, sub-standard version. While I understand that Mother's Day is a busy time for florists, the combination of the late, uncommunicated delivery and the inferior product is unacceptable, especially at this price point. It's disheartening when local businesses don't meet expectations, and in this instance, I honestly feel that one might have been better served by options from larger retailers like Metro or Costco. I hope Sanda Flower Studio takes this feedback constructively to improve their service and product quality.
The lady at the counter was very rude. There were boxes all over the floor so I moved to the other side to have a look at the store. She literally yelled at me that its thier work area. It was no big deal, she could be polite. Such a bad experience. Ruined my day!!
Very kind and helpful florist, she got us what we needed. We went in for a last minute bridal bouquet and she made one for us on the spot, exactly to the brides liking.
