Ordered balloons from Heart Lake Flowers they were delivered on time, but the balloons did not last even 24 hours. The balloons were on the floor the next morning. Called them and they would only replace them, but they were cheap quality didn’t want replacements. The dollar store has better quality and cheaper.
I am truly surprised this amazing florist does not have 5 stars. Want to take the time to thank them for first being very professional & second taking care of my florist needs. Amazing quick service. Thank you for the beautiful arrangement sent on rush to the funeral home. I am sure my friend whom passed suddenly loved them. Will definitely use them again.
Best place to order flowers for any special occasion. I got flower arrangement done for my sister's wedding. Karen provided excellent customer service. I am very pleased with her service.

I recently had a bad experience with a well known florist in Toronto. I had ordered an arrangement for a funeral and the floral arrangement that I ordered came with dead flowers in it. I was horrified to say the least!So this time I decided to ask the funeral parlour what florist they recommend and they told me about Heart Lake Flowers. I called and explained what happened to me previously and I was given the reassurance that this would not happen with their service. Heart Lake Flowers worked within my budget and even sent me a photo of the flowers being sent. I was not able to go to the funeral and see the flowers. This immediately put my mind at ease! Thanks to Heart Lake Flowers!The arrangement was not only stunning but the family sent me a message telling me how beautiful the flowers were! Thank you for going that extra mile to make me feel confident I made the right choice in picking your company over the many floral shops in Brampton!
Fast and customer friendly. Delivered my mom flowers in 3 hrs of placing an order. She loved the bouquet arrangement and flowers were really fresh. Would totally recommend them.
No NO NO! Never again. Make sure to have the person send you a picture of what they receive. Sent flowers and they looked nothing like the online picture and several were already dying. When I called to complain the person on the other end was rude and was not at the store directly just some answering service. Then they made the person return the flowers to them in person in order to credit us and then they also refused to refund the original delivery fee which was significant. 0 stars is the accurate rating.
I had such a wonderful experience. I walked in and told a women named heather what I needed and she got right on it and made me a beautiful bouquet for a very reasonable price. Then the owner Karen added extra flowers to my bouquet for free and wrapped it up extra special, they were so sweet and nice, definitely going to be using this flower shop for years to come.
Really fast delivery service that comes with at the price of really bad flowers. Took 45min from time i order to them being at the persons house. Looked nothing like the picture, this place is a joke, don't order from them you will be extremely disappointed.
I contacted this place about having 15 yellow roses delivered as an anniversary surprise. I spoke to Kiren who initially took my order. Her customer service was amazing! I had to contact her multiple times to adjust the delivery time and she was courteous, helpful, and accommodating at all times.
