Sent an order through Canada flowers for 3 gerbera daisies, received two daisies and one flower of "equal value". Since this non-daisy allowed them to meet the dollar value of the arrangement they will not replace it. I ordered the gerberas because they are her favorite. Very disappointment with the lack of full satisfaction.edit: after speaking with customer service at Canada flowers they offered a 10% refund for an order that was 33% incorrect. Not impressed.
I ordered a bouquet from one of their online options for Mothers Day and it was even more beautiful in person! Delivery was also very good and timely. The bouquet did miss one thing from the online version, so it was replaced with something very similar (not a big deal to be honest). But, if youre the very particular type, it would be best to call the shop and confirm with them in advance. Flora is very helpful! The only complain I have is that that their roses dont seem last as long as other roses Ive gotten from other flower shops in the city. Other than that, my overall experience with the shop was excellent!

I went to pick out an arrangement for my friends funeral. The man was like a brother to me. I went through the catalogue and told the owner that although the arrangements in the catalogue were nice, it wasn't reflective of his personality. I told her that he loved tropical plants and bright colours. She was so helpful in picking the right flowers that when I saw them at the funeral home I was amazed!! The flowers stood next to his picture by his casket and were so bright and cheery just like he was. Thank you Flora Flowers for such a beautiful arrangement!!
Needed to get my car decorated for a wedding and called this shop 4 days before the wedding. The wedding being on a busy long weekend, all other florists I called were busy to work on such short notice but the lady at Flora Flowers agreed to do something and I went to them the same day to see the options. She showed me some pictures and gave me an idea of what would look best on car at a reasonable cost. She placed the order for the flowers and bouquets for the car and I brought the car in to her day before the wedding. She did an excellent job with the flowers and ribbons and made sure there was no tape used to leave any marks on the car while the decorations stayed intact. The decorations were simple, yet looked classy on the car. Great work and excellent service!
