One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. We ordered Nutri-Kulcha and were told it would be ready in 25 minutes. After wasting 30 minutes and coming back, the short girl at the cash counter casually tells us they never even had Nutri-Kulcha in the first place. Instead of owning the mistake, she refused to refund the $8.99 and basically forced us to buy something else. We ended up grabbing some sweets just so our money wouldn’t go completely to waste, and even then she refused to give us basic samosa sauce without charging extra — after we had already spent more than we intended. The attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We spent 40 minutes here, didn’t get what we ordered, and walked out feeling ripped off. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Such Huge disappointment, when I went to order samosa I asked is it handmade they said yes but when a picked my order and saw it was like frozen one. I’m not gonna order anything again from them. Such a bad experience
I had a great experience at Samosa Sweet Factory. The staff were polite and helpful. They greet me with a smile. Everything was fresh and tasty, and the customer service really made the visit even better. Highly recommend?
I ordered 70 samosas and girl at the time of delivery told me you only get 1 pack RED SAUCE for every 10 samosas and 1 pack GREEN SAUCE for every 15 samosas. So by her logic you always have to order more than 10 samosas otherwise you won’t be eligible for SAUCE. I only request for one extra GREEN SAUCE and obviously she denied. Never had this issue @ Etobicoke location. And of course samosa was freshly fried and she did check by putting a small hole in it with her BARE HANDS..never removed it from stock. Can’t even expect basic hygiene.
I had to wait 10-13 minutes on a Wednesday noon just to place an order. On reaching the counter, lady said that noodles aren’t ready and wait time for spring roll in another 20-25 minutes. There was only 1 lady working. They should hire more staff to get their customer service right
I reached around 7.30 am,Although it was opening time at 8 am but staff was so humble, helping . They prepared my order specially Shikha and Anjali were awesome. Thanks a Lot Happy Diwali
Worst ever experience took them 45 minutes to ready my order as they told it will take only 15 minutes. Moreover it was 12 samosas in order but they packed only 10. Such a stupid and unprofessional staff.
