Ordered from Uber Eats. The BBQ chicken was dry and hard. Poor flavour. The jerk chicken was lacking flavour, only a bit spicy. Too much margarine in the rice.
This restaurant has been my go-to spot for years now. They have really good food and the service is excellent. Listennnn… you won’t be disappointed. Shoutout to the owners and the staff. Highly recommended.
Dejahnae was the cashier for me today and she did give good customer service to myself and another customer she is a very pleasant attendant please keep up the good work .With that being said I always receive good service but today was outstanding.
I am a loyal customer, however I came here today ordered my usual curry goat and a pop proceeded to my car and started eating the goat had lots of fat and tasted boiled with black pepper. I went back and stated what was wrong cashier started telling me its fresh goat. I kindly asked for a fry chicken instead she brought out a chicken leg in a container.Her attitude was disgusting I just took a refund and walked right out. Listen customer service is big.Get it together.
Always a pleasure to come here and order! If you order online it doesn't give you an option for their pasta. So you have to go into the store yourself and order or call of course. But this place is by far one of the top jerk spots in Brampton!
This restaurant is GARBAGE! I use to be a regular customer after my mom who was dying would send me there to purchase stew peas every Friday but the girl there had a very nasty and disgusting attitude. I never liked going there because of it. They are NOT accommodating when they mess up your order and to make matters worst, the food looked and taste awful. i was so upset i threw the oxtail i bought for myself out of my vehicle and left very disappointed as my initial plan was to go to Kelseys across the street but I wanted to support them. As a black customer, i will be spending my money with the white establishments because Jamaican restaurants does not appreciate or respect the black customers who keeps them in business. I’m sick of getting nasty attitude and no resolution to issues concerning orders. If I could give zero stars, i would.
The level of customer service is awesome, I watched while waiting for my order, the young lady at counter interacts with the customers while the line up was getting a bit long, she handled it so well, with a smile and very patient with those that dont know what they want, BETTA JERK ! thats your community restuarant to go for good food& service
