Excellent location. Very clan. Amazing service. Accidentally spilled an entire cup of sprite with ice beside the drinks machine.... Manager promptly asked me not to worry and gave me another cup. Whopper excellent as well.
Absolutely Horrible Experience – Never Going Back I had one of the worst fast food experiences ever at the Burger King on Yellow Avens in Brampton. I placed an online order for drive-thru pickup, and when I got there, the staff kept insisting they never received my order—even after I showed them the order confirmation right on my phone. After wasting time going back and forth, they suddenly say, “Oh, that’s your order.” No apology. No urgency. Just pure disorganization. The food was even worse. The fries were dry and clearly old—like they’d been sitting around for hours. The nuggets were so overcooked and dry they were practically inedible. And the burger? Sloppy, cold, and tasted like it had been made the day before. It was a complete joke. Between the terrible service, old food, and messed-up order process, this location is a disaster. Don’t waste your time or money. What’s even more disappointing is that this is a new location. You’d expect better quality and service, especially when trying to make a good first impression—but instead, it was a total letdown from start to finish.
This was my first visit to the new Burger King location. The burger was decent, but the fries were undercooked and seemed like they were still frozen. Overall, my experience wasn't great.
I ordered two impossible whopper and that were amazing. The service was very good. All staff were polite and respectfully deal with customer. Overall it was a great experience.
Fantastic experience at the newly opened Burger King at 125 Yellow Avens and Airport Rd! The service was quick, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. The Whoppers were grilled to perfection, and the fries were crispy and hot. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, providing a welcoming atmosphere for families and friends. So glad to have this Burger King in the neighborhood—definitely a go-to spot for great burgers! Highly recommend checking it out!
Long wait times, and they often don't have many items, but are willing to help you find middle ground by offering you other items instead. Drive through wait times can be around 30 minutes.
The food and service are good, but the restaurant seems very short-staffed. I saw only two employees trying to handle everything during a busy time, and they looked extremely stressed. They were working very hard, but it was clearly too much for just two people. Adding more staff during peak hours would really help the employees and improve the overall customer experience.
