I had a truly frustrating experience with the furniture department, including its management. I purchased a bedroom set. Unfortunately, when the set arrived, the headboard had noticeable flaws. We asked for a replacement right away, but the delivery team dismissed the issue as “minor” and refused to help at first. Things got worse from there. I never received the upgraded replacement nor my SD refund. Instead, they now claim a 20% deduction and are blaming me for canceling the order — something I never did. It’s been four months since the pickup, and still no refund, no proper response, and no accountability. The management has been just as indifferent as the staff. I strongly recommend staying away from this store. Their customer service is unreliable, dismissive, and downright unacceptable.
Very bad customer service. Already 3 months they are delaying delivery. Each time when I am calling they are telling new liar. Very bad customer service. Especially salespeople playing with words. Not following.
