it's an okay spot, they've got a decent selection, but the customer service could definitely be better. Some of the staff seem uninterested or too bust to help, and prices aren't always the best compared to other places. Not terrible, but nothing special either. It'll do in a pinch if you need something quick.
Very rude staff Today I called them asked if they sell Amazon fire stick 4K model, when I asked price they said 120 dollars and I asked them for price match that i can get that for 34 dollars on amazon they just said go buy from amazon then…..
The quick video of their installation (washing machine) with their test run provided an effective confirmation of job completion in all respects followed by a phone call to conclude everything.
These worker are SCAMMERS. DO NOT GO THERE. I went there to get my phone check to see if I need a new charging port or a charger, They charged me $80 to do nothing to my phone. But he said that he fixed my charging port. When I got home it still wasn’t working. I return to the store two days after, and two different men were there. I told them what happen previously and one proceeded to check my phone again and said it was fixed, then said oh I may need a battery and my battery is causing the problem. My battery life is 80%. He said that is low ..HOW IS THAT LOW !!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE GOING THERE.. Read the reviews first
It's not even a month my wife went to this store to repair a MacBook keypad, and they repaired it. couple of days ago, that keypad fall down automatically from the MacBook and my wife called them to discuss if she can bring it to their store for repairing. They said, if it was within a week, then they would repair that but now we have to pay again. My wife went that store without reading the reviews, if we would read the reviews, we would not go there for sure. How on earth, people can run business with these sorts of mentality. If there was any option to rate them, I would rate them negative. Never going to this tore anymore. Not recommended at all....
They broke my switch and they didn’t fix it at all. It was more fine before I took it in. They cracked it at back cause he was mad I gave him a bad review. You should have done your job and not steal my screws or crack my switch. Now I will give 100 bad reviews :) you guys suck ! Don’t go unless you want your stuff broken or stolen!
Too bad there’s no negative stars. -10 stars if we being honest. After they stole my screws from my switch, he got mad and cracked my switch when he got put the screws back on after I asked thém to. They didn’t offer I had to bring it back. And now it’s cracked at the back. Don’t fo there .
