I bought a Tv here maybe 2 months ago, it was the “Hisense 32A4KV - 32" Smart Full Array HD VIDAA TV”. I found the tv as a Facebook listing, the process was good. The worker at the store was nice too. However they have a policy of no refunds and only providing a 6month warranty and it’s probably because their products are awful. This TV has been so slow after the first month, it always lags, also they said it supports screen mirroring but they didn’t specify that it’s only for certain apps, so I can’t mirror safari or Google or twitch. So bad products, lied to, but outside the product, they’re fine.

Excellent customer Service, bought a Lg OLED TV, few dead pixels apeared after 10 months of usage, they replaced this tv with a newest model and deliver at home without any additional cost.
I called them to fix my camera DVR Friday. They said some one come Sunday. Nobody show up and never got any msg. Called Sunday they said some one call you Monday. Never got call back. After I called Tuesday and sent my DVR pictures. They some one will come Wednesday or Thursday. It is Friday now still nobody called. There home service is very poor. I Never been to store. No experience for store.
