I called the store to ask for a product and the guy on phone was very rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful and he hung up the phone. This store has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was like he is doing you a favour just by talking to you and had zero interest in helping. You had to know how to respect your customers.
Very very very bad customer service I need a couple of stuff I told him can you help me to get he he said you have to send us a mail to get the stuff and he was like doesn’t wanna help me at all (I don’t recommend this store to anyone) 12:00 2022/05/18
Customer service is horrendous. Called in to make sure they had a part I needed. Come to the store and they don't have it. The manager or whoever it was said they never took my call. The phone number I told them was their number.
Got charged a 25% restocking fee for an in stock item that was returned 5 mins after originally purchased, asked to have the restock fee go towards another purchase and was rejected, I haven't been back since, rather go to Torbram Electric aka City Electric or any other place as a matter of fact instead of deal with these crooks.
