Team was great at both locations. I visited the Kennedy and Steeles location seeking a hard to find MDA ceramic cartridge fuse... these guys were the only store that had or knew what I was talking about. The lady whom I spoke to at the Mississauga location over the phone was awesome!! She did her checks and gave me the closest location with stock level... true rockstar at her job
I got scamed in this store. On the phone defrent price and after they over charge you..staff friendly and rude same time. I will never step in this store again
Outstanding customer service. I just went in with some obscure part numbers looking for the mating connectors and they were able to find everything I needed and can deliver quickly.
They overprice their merchandise because they get it from a outside supplier. If you purchase something you don’t need they will not return it. The staff is extremely rude and disconnected. Don’t care about your situation. Bottom line don’t purchase your materials from here. Branch manager also is not helpful instead of offering me a solution told me just change the panel. To avoid headache avoid this place. Zero stars.
