I’ve been using led giant as my electric supplier for a while now, and I’m really impressed with their service. The power supply has been consistent, and their customer support team specially front desk is always responsive and helpful. The billing is transparent, and switching to them was super easy. Definitely recommend!
Good range of products. Only thing is they need to work on the switches and outlets. Need the whole rznge for each brand. Like switch and receptacle of eaton cannot be used with hubble or leviton wall plates. And vice-versa. The colors just don't match.
They did mistake and give me wrong product,when I go for refund or replacement,they don’t have right product,they give credit instead of refund when there not my mistake
Guy that's owns the business should really consider to find an other job. I will never go back there. First time I called no answer or note on door that he will be back. Second time I asked about led bars -he didn't know what an led bar is ,so he told I only have led tubes. I asked him if I can see theme and the answer was no you can't.
