They always always always mess us your order. Do you really think a perskn has time to come and get their right one again when they ordered thorough drive-thru. Do you guys not know how to prepare an order. Ask again if you are not sure.
This has been more than 10 times, but this time I had decided to leave a review. Every morning I and my friend symbi, used to have double double at this place, they don’t taste to the standard of Tim Hortons. The coffee is very stale. Please reach out to me if you really care about your customers !
very worst and slow service i've ever seen. asked for caramel one they charged me 5.05$ for caramel iced cap. it usually comes with whipped topping on top but thry didn't put sny lame. and they charged me for it. they should need some customer service skiils and better management. cmon guys
Worst service ever. The night crew girls are so mean and unprofessional. They don’t know how to talk and serve. Rude as hell. Worst worst worst. Go to any other Tim Hortons but not to this one.
Very busy daily, drive thru order takers need to focus on the customers and less chit-chating with the coworkers so you don't have to repeat yourself 3 times.
