Ladies working here are very polite. They are always ready to serve with beautiful smiles on their faces. Also, they customise drinks in every possible way I want which makes my experience truly unique and satisfying.
Worst coffee always. Never fresh. They never listen what customer is asking. Each time even after giving special instructions for bagels or wrap they overlook it. And french vanilla here is garbage. 1 star is too much for this location.
Zero star for customer service. Employee are very rude. I always take a custom ice coffee with some extra items in it. My friend was giving order on drive trough and these girls were commenting on him in punjabi. i heard all the conversation as i was in the gas station. Their manager should pay attention to the employee because they are getting pay for serving customers not for passing bad comments on them. It was very bad experience
Mayfield and horontario location is the worst organized, this is the second time this happened they took the other car’s order first who came after me on drive-thru. Their drive thru is not properly organized.
One of the best locations. Always fresh food , tea and coffee. I’m regular here and the lady working in the morning shift is so nice. Thank you for awesome service.
0 stars. The employees at this location clearly pride themselves in consistently making the worst possible coffee every time. I'm done with this location. Pressing two buttons and pouring coffee isn't rocket science. Please train your employees better.
Brutal drive thru speed wasted 20 mins to find out they were out of stuff by 2 pm while I was in the drive thru then had to wait to now get out with nothing in hand lesson learned
