I visited last week at SSR Auto Service for an Engine Overheating service. Customer services was amazing and price was reasonable. Especially, the owner Nabeel was very helpful and I would recommend for anyone who needs a car service.
I would never want to go there again, they have lot of hidden charges, you want them to check your vehicle, to check your vehicles , after 5 minutes to check, they give you estimate. But you have to think Do you want to fix it or not, ok let me think, but change you for estimate 80 dollars. I o they will deduct it when you are ready to repair it , totally rip off , even if wanted to get it fix , I will take it somewhere else, I would not recommend to anybody
Wasn’t really a friendly experience. staff member kate was ignorant and on her phone, instead of welcoming with a smile. she had rather annoyed look on her face when approached.
I used them for so long due to a friend referred them to me, I never asked them what they charge me but today I found they abuse on the prices, they charge me way too high. I will be not going to this shop anymore, guys be careful and always check what you pay them for the job they do. They should not abuse their regular clients, this way they lose me and may lose other clients as well.
If you are not Indian don’t waste your time going here. I went there for muffler issues,got told to wait a few minutes, was there for almost an hour. At the same time saw numerous people come in after with the same issue and was promptly served. Went back to find out what was going on they said they were going to find somebody…no one came. I eventually walked wasting over an hour of my day.
