I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic. I visited the shop to get my car's AC fixed, and was told it would only take 1 hour. However, once I arrived, I was informed that a part needed to be ordered—something the mechanic failed to mention beforehand. This ended up costing me over 3 hours, completely disrupting my schedule. What’s worse is the lack of proper diagnosis. The mechanic quickly assumed the condenser was the only issue, based on visible damage, and charged me $450 for the service he gave , He did not perform a full inspection, Just a month later, the AC started failing again, and upon returning, I was told there might be a leak from another side—something that should have been identified during the initial check. To make matters worse, after replacing the condenser, the front bumper was not reinstalled properly. It came loose from one side, which is completely unacceptable and shows poor attention to detail. This entire experience felt like a case of dishonesty and greed. Had the mechanic been upfront and done a complete, honest diagnosis, I might have chosen a different path instead of wasting $450 on a partial fix. It seems the priority was to make a quick sale rather than provide proper service. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional auto repair.
I had a great experience at this shop. They did an oil change and transmission oil service on my car. The team also checked everything thoroughly and gave me the right suggestions without trying to upsell unnecessary work. Honest, professional, and reliable service.
I’m giving them zero star because it’s very expensive workshop. For example, my car AC was not working and when I got checked from the owner of this workshop, the owner told me that you have to change your condenser for which it will cost you $480 then I asked how he said $300 for the condenser and 180 for the repair. I then asked him it’s OK I’ll give you my condenser because I have one of my friends who sales second hand cars and spare parts. Then it means if I give you my condensor, then you will charge only 180 right he said no then I will charge $300 for the labor. I asked now you said one $180 for the repair but if I am giving you my own spare part then you make the labour almost double in fact he he should charge labour per hour, for example how many charge $70 per hour or $80 per hour it is only half an hour work so he should only charge per hour not as per the labor, so it was really worst experience.
