I have no words to describe how amazing this company is. Literally,...they make you feel like family. My wife and I have never felt so supported and looked after by a mechanic or heck...any business.. So long as their doors are open I will happily refer every friend, family and coworker to them. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER EVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. My experience with Dotted Line Auto has been incredibly frustrating, disappointing, and deeply concerning. I was promised a brand new engine replacement for my vehicle, and this was confirmed multiple times by staff. However, after continued issues, I took my car to a certified dealership for a diagnostic only to learn that they had installed a used engine, not a new one as claimed. This is outright misrepresentation. To make matters worse, no official documentation was ever provided to confirm the engine replacement or details of the repair. Their refusal to offer written records adds to the lack of transparency and professionalism. I also experienced an ongoing coolant leak caused during their repair. It took three separate visits for them to acknowledge the issue and only after they repeatedly insisted nothing was wrong with the car. It was clear they were either unwilling or unable to take responsibility for their mistakes. What’s even more unacceptable is the blatant disrespect I encountered. As a woman, I was not taken seriously during my visits my concerns were repeatedly brushed off until I returned with a man and threatened legal action. Only then did they begin to acknowledge the severity of the situation. In particular, Bieni’s brother was rude and dismissive, showing no regard for customer service or accountability. I am currently in the process of filing a consumer protection complaint and pursuing legal action due to the deception and mistreatment I received. I strongly urge others to avoid Dotted Line Auto. Their combination of dishonesty, poor workmanship, lack of documentation, and discriminatory behavior reflects an operation that is completely unprofessional and unworthy of your trust or business.

You see this place right here if you can avoid it for your peace of mind. Take your car elsewhere. I rented a car and had an issue with the windscreen. According to them the car rented from them had no insurance so they catered away with all the money my insurance paid them saying I was gonna pay for the cracked screen.They took away all the money gotten from the insurance. Desperate people! You would think they know what they are doing with your car, it will come out worse than it went in there. Avoid this place like a plague!!!
Worst service I got . There was a mechanic the Indian guy he intentionally tries to Damage my windshield wiper linkages in front of me when I tell him he walks to another car . but the owner was good Just want to make more damage and charge more money
