Their service department is worse, try to avoid this location if you getting car oil change or any other service, they will rip you off. Changing of small wire cost me $700 with them.
I had issues with my car that I tried to get fixed with multiple other ford dealerships. Unfortunately, a fix got butchered causing other issues that no dealership could fix so I contacted Planet Ford for help. They were quick and efficient with getting my car in and fixed. They fixed my car in 2 visits that I have been fighting the other dealerships to fix since August 2023. I was extremely happy with the service I received and the communication about everything happening with my vehicle. Thanks to Vinny, Jody and Kelly for helping me out and correcting this issue so quickly. I appreciate the excellent service!
This has been the worst service experience I have ever encountered. The service manager will dodge your phone calls as well as make up reasons as to why warranty does not cover major issues. How do I know that the issues were made up? When speaking to Ford Canada customer service representatives they openly said they have NEVER heard of the issues diagnosed by the service manager. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
