I recently discovered this location and called them. Spoke to a wonderful gentleman named Neil! I had lots of questions and called several times and each time, Neil was kind, courteous, helpful and respectful. He was a very honest guy and I really appreciate the help he offered on my car! He was knowledgeable and didn't do anything without full communication!! I highly recommend this garage!!!
God bless this place. The only honest mechanic I've met. Had the dealership lie to me about the danger of my exhaust leak and try to charge me thousands to replace all the parts. Here they verified it wasn't dangerous, the leak occurred after purification, and they could do a repair job for a fraction of the price. I will never be going back to a dealership after my refreshing experience with Cole's Automotive.
