Adi and Justin are great. Justin helped me out when my battery was dying, height of tire season and they were super busy, but he found a spot and worked to help me out. Great team
I had such a bad experience with them last month. I went for my car sevice that i bought from them. But the person on the front desk was so disrespectful that i decieded to not to get any service from them. And their manager was not there and left a voice message on managers line but no reply and there nowhere you can complain and resolve the issues. I dont think i would ever go this dealership.
⚠️ Warning to VW Owners: I paid over $1,000 for a 60,000 KM service at Bramgate Volkswagen and within 2 months, the coolant warning light came on. I brought it back and was charged $180+ for diagnostics — despite no leaks found and the coolant likely being at or near minimum during service. When I questioned them, the manager told me “we don’t top it up unless it’s needed — even if it’s at minimum.” That’s neglect and poor service for the amount I paid. Filed a formal complaint with the BBB and I’ll be contacting Volkswagen Canada directly. ❌ Save yourself the frustration — find another VW service centre.
Honestly the worst service experiance, had to take my car back multipule times to have the same issues fixed, horrible hours of service, apparently no shuttle service ( i swear i saw one in the last 6 years of going here), very high turnover, very rearly spoke with the same person... sorry but i had to leave find somewhere else.
This review is for the service department only, extremely poor customer service. Had my car dropped off for 29 days and it was still not fixed, despite them saying it is. They're unprofessional and rude on call as well.
Please train you associates to put the call on hold before they start making fun of someone who is already on the call with them. Called them today RILEY picked up the call and I asked him if has one specific part in stock or no and he was politely informed the an email was sent already with the picture of the part required for reference. And then I hear him talking to the other guy saying “ what’s the point of calling if you already emailed us. This mocking doesn’t gonna make your day better. I will share a screenshot as a proof why calling you guys is important rather than wasting my time waiting for an email reply. Wasn’t expecting this from VOLKSWAGEN. Please learn something from TRISTAN . He is always polite and respectful
