I have been using services of technicians from waves for few years now. They are very knowledgable and coordinating the time is convenient with them. The availability has been prompt and my latest experience is servicing of refrigerator this week. The person was on time, did a thorough check and able to fix the fault in short time. They also fixed an additional water blockage issue at no cost. I would highly recommend their services for the kitchen appliances.

I called this company to repair my dryer & the technical never showed up. Nor did he have the decency to call to let me know he wasn't coming. When I texted him to ask where he was, he rescheduled for the next morning & never showed up again. Nor did he call the phone number I provided by text to let me know he wasn't coming. To make matters worse, the "manager" is rude, unprofessional & speaks poor English. Stay away from this company.

we called his phone number twice 416419 1306 nobody picked up the phone .we left the message on his answering machine. 45 minutes before the appointment. He should call us back to rebook his appointment and solve the problem of his 18 year old dryer.

Professional and quick service. Got my range hood installed and it was an easy and quick experience. Installation was very clean as well, definitely recommend!
