Our washing machine broke down and there was some flooding as well. It was a European model with the 2 in 1 feature (ductless dryer). So parts were not that easily available. We got another person in the beginning who made the wrong diagnosed but took the money for just coming and looking at it (he didn’t even bother to open the machine). He also made some racist remarks when he was not given the job because of his nasty behaviour. Anyways, we contacted Gaurev, who came and checked thoroughly, found and ordered parts and spent several hours in solving this problem. Unfortunately, the problem was too big - the drum had a leakage as well along with the drain pipe. So we will have to get rid of the machine. It is not worth fixing. However, Gaurev tried his level best in finding the problem and fixing it. In the end, he was not even taking the money that was rightfully his for his time and effort. We highly recommend him for his honesty, professionalism, knowledge and selfless services. It is very hard to find a gem like him in the present material times. He deserves seven starts.
Our oven was not heating. They came over on short notice, identified the issue, ordered the part and fixed it the next business day. Very friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
