Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem, but once he identified the issue, he worked tirelessly to get it resolved. After having a horrible experience dealing with a criminal company sent by Samsung (Appliance Repair Team/A Team Appliance Repair) and getting scammed, I was so worried about it happening again. I called 5 companies to get accurate information about pricing to fix my washer and not one of them would give me a proper quote. I was starting to believe all repairs companies were the same, until I spoke to Amro at DNC Appliance Repair. He completely understood my concerns and went above and beyond to give me as much information as possible without one of his techs diagnosing it. He then sent Anthony, who arrived in an hour, spoke to me about our issues with the washer and quickly took a look and diagnosed the true issue (and it was not any of the 4 parts A Team claimed we needed). He was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He even had the part ready with him and installed it on the spot! After a month of headaches and having to deal with a broken washer, it was fixed immediately. I’m so happy I gave up and called these guys! He even gave me pointers on how to deal with manufactures (if something happens again under warranty) so I can avoid getting these deceitful companies to come and rip me off. DNC offers fair pricing too, they’re honest with you and I believe they do try and give you the best price possible. I finally found a company I can trust, and I would not hesitate to call them again if I have more bad luck with my appliances!
My husband and I have finally found the BEST repair man! Anthony was prompt, quick, and very knowledgeable. We've had an issue with our fridge for months now and were told by another company to wait for parts that we realized afterwards we didn't even need to replace. We're so happy Anthony was able to come on such short notice and actually fix all of the problems with our fridge. I highly recommend his service. He's quick and efficient with very reasonable prices.
I called DNC appliance repair yesterday for repairs of my dishwasher. They were able to able to accommodate my work schedule because I work night shifts. The technician was over the next day and was extremely punctual. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem in a timely manner. I would definitely use DNC appliance repair again!

Anthony answered the phone right away. Was very polite and professional on the phone. Got to my house very quickly to assess what was wrong with the fridge. Got the new compressor and had it swapped out and working in no time. Very kind and professional in person. Did a very good clean job on the repair.
