Extremely Disappointed – Not Recommended for Serious Buyers My son recently purchased a used Wii console from We Got Games in Brampton. Upon arriving home, we discovered the console was in unacceptable condition—well below any reasonable standard for resale. When he returned to the store the following day to request a return, he was met with dismissiveness and unprofessional behavior from the owner. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner refused the return and pressured him into exchanging the faulty console for three video games—an inadequate and unfair solution given the circumstances. This experience was deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on the store’s values and customer service standards. It’s unfortunate to see this kind of conduct in a community like Brampton, which prides itself on integrity and fairness. I do not recommend this store to any serious buyer. There are many more professional and customer-respecting businesses to support.
Best game store in brampton,1 of the only stores that has DVDs, Blu rays & CDs, as long as they keep movies & CDs on the shelves I'm a customer for life & that will never change
What a trip down memory lane. As more and more films get siphoned off into more subscription traps, You're grateful for places like this that get you back onto owning the damn thing. Very helpful owner, really cheap pricing and alsmot a free gaming history lesson if you have the kids in tow. Lovely place to kill a few hours

I was looking to revive my N64, and the hdmi adapter I bought off amazon was not working at all. I went into this store and bought another adapter that I was told was guaranteed to work. I took it home, plugged it in and BOOM it worked right away I’m very happy with my purchase
I had a great experience today and we got games purchased a controller and without a doubt, even though I didn’t have the receipt they had honoured its replacement which many game stores do not do. Staff was upmost, understanding, and respectable gave great advice on games and treated us Very well. The customer experience was second to none and I appreciate that so much for that reason I will continue going back to we got games at shoppers world thank you.
