For an after hours emergency clinic, this place is top notch! Their front desk staff are lovely, technicians seem highly skilled, and doctors, extremely knowledgeable. I've never been shown anything but compassion and understanding at this animal hospital and I'm so grateful to have them in my area! I had to bring my dog to them this past week (thank god they're open during the holidays!) and I really appreciated how the young lady at the front desk would come out to inform us of what they were currently doing (in the treatment area) with my dog. It helped ease my mind and broke up the wait time, even though we don't have to wait very long. And the nurse really explained our medications to us really well and made sure we understood before we left. All in all, excellent service!
Just got back home with my boy (Moses).Doc was really friendly, and at my first call the receptionist seem unfriendly (who wouldn't be bored working at 2AM!), but when we got there, she made us feel very welcome and was actually quite a nice person. We were assisted right away. Doc performed an ultrasound on my cat, who ended up having crystals and he gave us some antibiotics, and some cat food to help prevent the crystals from worsening. Promised to forward the results to my current vet. With consultation, ultrasound performed, the doc seemed quite knowledgeable with his diagnosis and treatment plan, as well as everything provided was a decent price from what I was expecting. Considering it should be a premium charge for 24 hr service. I don't ever write reviews on Google! That should speak volumesUpdate: After a year, I found out this clown charged me for an ultrasound, and never performed one on my boy. Had he done one, we would've known my boy was blocked, rather than me keeping the poor guy for 2 weeks blocked and on antibiotics. The fact he lied and almost cost me my boy cost him 4 stars!
Staff is wonderful. I trust their judgment. They're calm, good with emergency situations and didn't complain about my cranky senior dog. Prices are very reasonable.
My 13 year old cat took a turn for the worst yesterday and we had to bring her in. The experience was great given the circumstances. The gentleman on the phone and front desk was compassionate and kind knowing what was about to happen. The vet was informative and gentle. She showed a lot of compassion and understanding while I made the tough decision to say goodbye to my friend. It is not my home vet, but would definitely recommend them. Thank you for making a difficult painful situation a bit easier. Days later I even got a condolence card in the mail fromThe clinic.
All the staff are so sincere, loving and kind. They put their clients and animals above all. Top notch! They take the time to really calm down and listen to a person who is super worried about their pet. The care is absolutely primo and attentive. In an emergency this is the first place I would go. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for going into this field and taking good care of animals and their human buddies.
