We sadly had to euthanize our family dog a few days ago. The vet and the staff were friendly and gave us all the time we needed with our dog to say goodbye before and after euthanizing him. They were very understanding and never pressured us to get things going.
Great animal hospital! Have been many times over the years and they always treat my pets like their own. Very friendly and caring. I love they are 24 hours and always there when I need them. Thank you to all the staff at north town for all your care.
Please try and avoid this hospital at all cost. There main concern is money not the health and well being of your pet. They don't try to get to the route cause of an issue and empathize with you. They try to diagnose and treat a problem that may not exist. Instead of coming to conclusions they should firstly start with a blood test and then an xray if they don't find what they think it is in the blood work. They caused my pet to be in so much unnecessary pain. They have no idea how hard it is to lose a pet. They jump to conclusions and make you feel guilty if you don't cough up the money. There are other places that are open 24/7 and it's probably worth it to drive elsewhere even if it takes you an extra 30 minutes to get there. These guys are totally unprofessional Please read reviews of many places and research before going here!!!My pet could have still been saved if it weren't for these bad vets!!!!
Stay as far away as you can from this place if you care about your animal. Brought my cat in to be assessed as she wasn't feeling well for a few days, they assured me it was nothing serious and she probably just ate something that's throwing her off. Gave her the prescribed medicine and the next day she was even more sick, after bringing her back they said she's probably just constipated and said they wanted to keep her over night to be cautious but not to worry they've seen way worse cases of constipation and she'll be fine it's not serious. I get a call a few hours later saying she unexpectedly passed away and they have no idea why. Your supposed to leave your loved pet with a professional to be cared for and relieved that they are in good hands but it's the complete opposite with this place. They said they left her for an hour and a half and then came back and she wasn't breathing. Who's monitoring the animals after medication and treatment?? And then they tried to charge me $300 for attempting cpr on my cat after they weren't even sure how long it hadn't been breathing for. I can't believe I left my cat with this place and I'm going to regret it every day. Stay away from this place at all costs.
Have been bringing all 3 of my cats here for several years and I love the level of care they receive. Vets are always willing to discuss various treatment options and are upfront about the costs, pros and cons, and risks for each option. 2 of my cats are extremely affectionate and the vet techs and vets give them lots of attention and warmth. Thanks for all that you do! :)
