Now that I have found the Animal Care Clinic I will never take my pets anywhere else. The vets as well as the entire staff there are phenomonal. Dr Joy is the greatest!
Amazing staff. They are very honest and truthful.. so you don't need to worry about that. We had to recently say goodbye to our fur baby and this clinic went above and beyond to make our family of 5 adults comfortable during then entire day we spent at their clinic. They even let us take over their lunch room as we said our final goodbyes to our baby. This staff felt like family that day. We are so grateful for the empathy they provided us that day. Thank you for your kindness. Would definitely recommend this clinic to all.
Called to book an appointment and the receptionist was very friendly and nice. Offered me an apt for this morning. When i got there the receptionist were both so kind and welcoming. The office was open and clean and my old Frank was very comfortable. The vet was very friendly and real. There was no pressure and and she was gentle with my old 13 year old. And wasnt i pleased to find out that they offer grooming too?! There is another vet office close to my house but after reading the reviews one of the main reasons i chose to call Animal Care Clinic was because i thought the fact that the owner took the time to respond to the reviews showed that they werent in it just for the money but they actually care!
I've been going to this place for a while and am saddened to have to leave a poor review. I left 2 messages (one directly to the receptionist and the other on the machine) in the same week hoping to get additional pain killers for my senior dog. Never heard back. Completely disappointed and anxious, as all I wanted was to ease my boy's pain. Thankfully I was able to get the medications from another clinic -- still no call back from this one.
Highly recommend!!! Have been going here with my cats for years and would never go anywhere else. Routine check ups and health scares are handled with the utmost care and attention. Vets/techs are like family; you can see how they care for your pet by how thorough they are. They routinely call me to discuss results and spend whatever time needed to make sure I understand all the information
