Would give 0 stars if I could. I saw a posting on CarGurus and confirmed on their website and through phone that the car I wanted was available. Contacted them about a navy 2013 Subaru and left work early to test drive it during our scheduled appointment a couple days after. After a 30 min drive there, they gave us the keys to a white 2017 Subaru. While I had an appointment on the weekend, the 2013 was allegedly sold during the week but again this made no sense at all as I booked the appointment during the week. How do you not keep track of inventory and recent sales? They even asked if I wanted to see the Subaru they had instead of the one I originally came for despite some drastic differences (hatchback vs sedan, exterior and interior colour, kilometres, etc.). There were specific details that the employee admitted to remembering and didn't even understand how she made that mistake of mixing up the two. There was definitely miscommunication between the employees there (the part time worker tried to use the excuse that she is only covering for the owner?). They tried to be nice about it and offered to find us a similar car but the entire situation did not make sense at all. It genuinely did not seem like they had enough experience as a dealership business.

My daughter bought her first car from here. It was a great experience. Mike was very accommodating in staying later for us, very professional in making sure she had all the paper work she needed, kept to the date of when her car would be ready. Very thorough and showed her all the things about her car she would need to know. All around a super “first time buying a car” experience. Thanks again Mike! You were amazing!
