Jaipal was exceptional. Trying to find a used car for my daughter is stressful. Hansen Truck and car, with the help of Jaipal made this process easy. Jaipal was honest and found us a used civic with low kms for a great price. I would also like to mention that my daughter had a small incident on the highway and I called Jaipaul for help and he sent a tow truck and fixed our car all free of charge. The civic is running great and I feel very comfortable coming back to Jaipal for any service.

I’ve never dealt with a place so unprofessional. The staff clearly don’t know how to speak to customers respectfully — dismissive attitude, no patience, and zero willingness to help. Buying a car is a big decision, but here it feels like you’re a burden just for asking questions. If this is how they treat people before a sale, I can only imagine what happens after.

Well not good experience in the end. We bought a 2005 ford taurus in january 2016 and the car had some codes at first we couldnt figure out what it was the car kept driving thank goodness but it was supposedly certied and saftied when we bought it. It wasnt until it came to emissions this past september that we found out our engine light was on whole time of owning car and that a bad bulb was in so we could never see engine light on and that codes we were seeing was to do with emissions. My husband took car few times for emissions then it failed all times then thats when we were told about engine light and reason for engine light was OUR CAR HAD NO CATALYTIC CONVERTER!!!!!!!!! Which is true in trying to pass emissions my husband jack up car to find catalytic converter to clean it but there was none there just a silver pipe.......so was very disappointing felt taken advantage of. If it was not for us not having a catalytic converter on my husband car it would have passed first time.. So it never passed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
