Very Bad experience with #9 Auto sale . We bought 2019 ford escape from them . First when we saw the vehicle and selected it they higher the price. But we vehicle looked good so we bought it. We hardly drive it and after 10000km the turbo gave issues. The transmission failed after driving 30k. Don’t trust them and their vehicles. I wish I can give them 0 star but don’t have a choice. Never go there to buy a vehicle.

I had a terrible experience with this #9 auto sales LTD dealership. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. The car we were interested in had missing parts, and instead of addressing the problem, he made things very difficult. He disrespectfully yelled at parents and i and threaten to give us our money back throwing his hands around after the deal was done. His vehicles are ex-rentals, MEANING THE ODOMETER ARE TANPERED WITH. The old man has a complete lack of respect toward customers. Even his workers where ashamed of him.

We were referred to this auto shop by a friend but we never expected to be treated as well as we were. Whether it was the pre-sale phone calls we made or the questions we had , we were ALWAYS treated well… like family. Makram ensured our car was held for us while we arranged time to drive from Sudbury to purchase it. When we arrived (later than we expected due to the weather) we were told the car was getting ready for us. When this took longer than expected, Makram covered the cost of our hotel and gave us money for our lunch! We highly recommend 9Auto sales to anyone who wants a superior car buying experience!!!
I met with Binay, Harjit and Makram. Their customer service was outstanding. From answering questions and concerns positively. The price was great and they went above and beyond to accommodate me (they had no problem with my taking the car to my mechanic while other dealers I went to said no) When they sent the car out for certification, they made sure the car was completely safe and had it fully detailed (engine, interior and exterior). I would highly recommend them and this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a used car. For customer service they cannot be beat - thank you gentlemen!
