I would not recommend them for a vehicle purchase as this was my experience dealing with Fiesta Motors. The vehicle I purchased was a 2010 Ram 1500 and was not quite what was expected. Dealing with them from the start was a little wishy washy. When I asked from them to provide more photos of the truck including the rocker panels to check for rust, as I do not live near Brampton, I wanted as much photos as I could to give me peace of mind, they were not provided and they reassured me that all rust would be repaired. Well the body work they did was less than stellar to say the least. They replaced the rocker panels but used filler to fix the cab corners. The shipping was supposed to be $1,000.00 to which I confirmed with them several times as I reside in northern Ontario and that price seemed real cheap. When the truck was delivered to the wrong address, about 1,200 km away, they wanted more money from me for their mistake. They did pay a portion of the cost. When I did get the truck I noticed the engine light was on and the heated passenger mirror did not work, when previously I asked if everything on the truck worked as it should and was told yes. Then I brought the truck to my garage to have it checked out and was informed that the truck should not have passed the safety as there were some issues with it including, lower ball joints, passenger side tie rod, emissions sensor, bad shocks and struts, broken anti-sway bars in the front, and the truck runs rough sometimes. So far the truck has cost me about $1,500.00 to fix, some of which should have been done for the safety. They only sent me some of the parts required to fix it and I can't even use the remote start because of the check engine light which still hasn't been diagnosed. In conclusion I am very dissatisfied and angry with my dealings at Fiesta Motors.
Fiesta Motors is such a nice place to buy a car. I recently needed to upgrade my car, so I purchased my Toyota RAV4 from them, and the experience was excellent. The customer service was outstanding. Thank you.
Used their "text us" feature online and gave my particulars. Waited most of the day without hearing from anyone so I finally called them. After 3 rings went to voicemail, hung up, but someone called me right back. I told him what I needed and he transferred me to sales. The sales guy was literally "what do you want?". I told him what I was interested in and that I had used the online portal, at which point he immediately hung up the call. Weird for a car sales establishment.

I had a very bad experience, i went their to buy a car, someone over there hit my car at the dealership, and i also didn’t notice until i reach home, so their is nothing wrong in this mistake can happen by anyone, but not telling me the moment, discourages me, and i also called Mohammad after i reach home, “ He said he will check, but he never got back”.

He gave me very good price for my old car, I traded. My best wished for his new responsibilities Couple months ago Note; he is so kind and helpful he helped me to fix car battery without any changes In April my car had a problem with AC and fan wich was casting $2800 according to the 2 auto mechanics estimate but sent me to a mechanic who only $560, He helps to find out the job as well Thanks Mr Waleed You have a soft heart ❤
