I was lucky enough to come across Platinum tents on Instagram, only two days before our event since another person canceled. Harj got back to my inquiry immediately, provided me fast solutions and gave us great customer service. Platinum was able to meet all of our requirements for my brothers wedding week, with two tents, tables and chairs and the team that set up was reliable. Thanks Harj and Platinum for giving us a great experience. Highly recommended for all your party needs in the Greater Toronto Area.
If I could go back in time and never have dealt with this rude, greedy, completely unprofessional person ( Harjot), then I would do it in the blink of an eye. Turned up hours late, made a mess of all events, ghosted us except when he wanted the money ( which for one event was to be paid post clear up), and then his bullying threatening texts began. laanat
The best tent service in the gta. I had my cousins wedding and was given all types opportunity for soo many different types of vendors. Harj hooked me up and also allowed me To alter the tent configuration multiple times. His whole Team was a breeze to deal with and was given any type of help I needed even if it was unreasonably.
My experience with Platneezy was exceptional!! The customer service on-site was excellent! I asked them to change the positioning of tent three times, and they did it. The tent was whiter than Santa’s beard! And Harj was so easy to deal with
The team at Platinum Tent Rentals was fantastic from start to finish. They paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. They set up the tents quickly and efficiently, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. The tents themselves were beautiful. They were clean, spacious, and looked really elegant. They were also sturdy and provided great shelter for our guests. On the day of the wedding, the tents looked amazing and created a comfortable space for our guests. Everyone had a great time, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Platinum Tent Rentals. I highly recommend them for any event you may have!
Terrible service. Do not recommend whatsoever. Harj is impossible to get a hold of and requests all the money up front. Almost as if he knows he is offering subpar service. We received 2 tents and they were both full of holes. Some holes had tape covering them but many of them were not covered. This resulted in rain ruining our week long events. They work on their own schedule and do not care at all about your schedule. They will text you saying "someone is at your house to pick up the tent and you need to send someone to open the door for them" Unacceptable service. I truly wish I could give this 0 stars. Highly do not recommend. Their workers tried to get into our backyard and ruined our fence in the process when nobody was home and "they needed the tent because they had another booking". Please please stay away
This company and people don't even deserve one star.. Throughout my daughter wedding, I was stressed that they will come and scream at us.. what a terrible service. I will never ever recommend anyone to get any kind of service from these people.
