Had a great experience with Vishnu. He took his time to understand my concerns and helped me get the best deal on a cellphone plan. I was just happy that there as someone what can listen to my queries and answer them promptly. The store was very clean and they have good selection of cases and accessories.
Person who barely speaks English answering the phone. And then being rude about basic questions. So weird. Edit: Dude it was a 30 second phone call asking your team about what plans you offer. Idk how you got aggressive and condescending from that. As the owner/manager or whoever you are. Try actually calling your own store and getting basic help. You’ll see what I am talking about. Stop hiring incompetent ppl to work in your business.

Terrible service. Not a professional store at all. Looks very bare. Security lock at front door, and wait for click, but then no one opens the door. You feel like your being interviewed, and you're the customer.
